We know you have many choices when choosing a dentist in Dallas, GA so we have made requesting an appointment a simple process via our website. If, for any reason you cannot keep a scheduled appointment, or will be delayed, please call us as soon as possible.
Insurance and Billing
We accept most traditional insurance plans. Contact our office to verify acceptance of your plan. LifeSmiles of New Hope does not participate in Health Management Organizations (HMO); however, we will be happy to file your insurance claims for you.
Payment Options
We accept checks, cash or credit cards. We also offer a flexible payment plan. Please see our financial coordinator for details. We are happy to file insurance for your reimbursement as long as your plan allows you the option to choose your own dentist.
Our dental practice understands the importance of receiving affordable dental care, which is why we offer multiple financing options, like CareCredit, for treatment. We believe that patients should not have to choose between their oral health and their financial wellbeing. Our financing options include flexible payment plans via third party-party financing companies. We work with our patients to help them find the best payment plan that suits their budget and needs.
